Cranbrook Consulting was formed in 1998 and provides both strategic and generalist human resources support services to a wide range of companies.

Key services are centred on supporting small organisations that need manager/director level HR support; though do not have the critical mass to support the employment of a full-time HR professional.

In addition to working with small organisations Cranbrook Consulting undertakes project work with larger organisations, supporting their in-house HR function.

We ensure our consultants have a strong business focus to provide practical commercially sound advice and that their own development is maintained to keep up to date with current employment legislation and best practice.

Founder Judi Badenoch is a Graduate from Napier University in Edinburgh, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has worked in the HR, Learning and Development industry for 13 years.

As a freelance consultant, along with consultancy projects, she has also fulfilled long-term management assignments as HR Manager with two south-east Housing Associations, EMEA HR Director for a billing software company and European HR Manager for a Games Publisher. Over the last two years she has developed her company into providing outsourced HR services to small businesses.
